This was the fourth company my home warranty had to assign me to after my basement was flooding and I had to shut off water to my entire house for several days. I was so thankful that my technician Ryan was on time, very knowledgeable, and efficient. Ryan was able to identify the issue immediately (main line clog) and resolve it the same day. Ryan cleaned up all of the associated mess and was very easy to work with. I wish my home warranty had scheduled this company first, but happy to have this resolved now.

In fact, the technician went above and beyond to find a part for an old faucet to fix it and came back the next day to insure it was fixed and working. I appreciate that kind of diligence.

I can't say enough good things about this company. My sump pump failed and there was a lake of water under my home flooding my finished basement. I called my home warranty company and they couldn't get a plumber out for days. Ryan, the owner of Doherty's, moved things in their schedule so they could respond ASAP. Kaleb returned later today with a new sump pump and fixed my problem. Both were so professional and nice. Thank you both for such great service. You really saved the day!
